THE INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT
My Dream Birthday Party Project aims at creating a positive learning atmosphere during Covid-19 while enhancing students' interests in learning English. This project will contribute to improving the quality of foreign language education as it is cited in Europe 2020 Strategy.Since distance education has gained great importance these days, this project will be a substantial part of our online classes with students aged 12-15. The projects will follow a project-based learning style in which students will work as mixed-country student groups through attending cognitively and physically with the aim of creating a product. This project will contribute to our students gaining communicative skills, reaching autonomy in learning, working as a group, making presentations. Furthermore, it will trigger students' creative-thinking ability. Our students will use innovative Web 2.0 Tools in accordance with 7th Grade Units of Celebration and Dreams.
